Details: This project involved the construction of a new build 2900 sqft traditional design two storey house. This house is located on main Sligo to Strandhill road. The finishes were of a high standard with triple glazed windows and doors, natural sandstone mix stone cladding, sandstone lintels and window cills, slate roof finishes. precast flooring to first floors. External hard landscaping including concrete paving, kerbing and sma surfacing. Internal finshes were of a high standard oak staircase, oak joinery, oak flooring and polished porcelian floor and wall tiling.
