Private House Drumcliff - New Build

Details: This project involved the construction of a new build 3800 sqft traditional design two storey house. This house is located close to the main Sligo to Donegal to road. The finishes were of a high standard with triple glazed windows and doors, natural sandstone mix stone cladding, sandstone lintels and window cills, slate roof finishes. precast flooring to first floors. External hard landscaping including concrete paving, kerbing. Internal finshes were of a high standard including walnut staircase, walnut joinery, walnut flooring and polished porcelian floor and wall tiling.
